- Rod Al-Farag two-way axis, estimated to cost around 500 million CHF, comprises six lanes of roads in each direction along with two lanes for buses and an electric metro train line, containing almost the biggest flyover in the world, saving 200,000 liters of fuel per day.
- The project has taken 300,000 tons of steel and a million cubic metres of concrete to construct.
