Sika Shield W
A unique waterproofing system that combines the advantages of bituminous membrane and the advantages of cementitious waterproofing. System consists of:
1-Sika Shield W-1
Single component cement mortar used as adhesive for bituminous membrane and as surface leveling before applying bituminous membrane.
2-Sika Shield W154
Self-adhesive bituminous membrane available in 15m length, 1m width and 2mm thickness.
Sika Shield W system is easy to apply, as the cement mortar (Sika Shield W1 in white color) is spread in on top of concrete surface immediately after moistening it at a rate of 2 kg / m2, then the bituminous membrane immediately applied on top of mortar after release the back adhesive thin sheet, it is recommended to gently press membrane to release any are bubbles underneath.
Advantages:
- Ease of application and supervision in site
- Fully adhered to the concrete surface and therefore does not allow horizontal movement of water between insulation and concrete
- Can be applied to wet concrete before complete drying (after 48 hours)
- No surface preparation required, as the adhesive cement mortar acts as a material for restoration and adhesion of concrete

نظام عزل فريد يجمع بين مزايا لفائف البيتومين و مزايا العزل الاسمنتي و يتكون من
سيكا شيلد دبليو-1
مونة اسمنتية من مركب واحد تستخدم كلاصق لشرائح البيتومين و تسوية السطح قبل لصق شرائح البيتومين.
سيكا شيلد دبليو 154
شرائح بيتومينية ذاتية اللصق معدله بعرض 1 متر و طول 15 متر و سمك 2 مم
يتميز نظام سيكا شيلد دبليو بسهولة تطبيقه حيث يتم فرد المونة اسمنتية ( سيكا شيلد دبليو 1 باللون الابيض) علي الخرسانة مباشرة بعد ترطيبها بالماء بمعدل 2 كجم/م2. ثم يتم فرد اللفائف البيتومنية فوق المونة مباشرة مع ازالة الشريط الللاصق و التأكد من تفريغ الهواء بين اللفائف و المونة الأسمنتية.

- سهولة التطبيق و الأستلام فى الموقع.
- ملتصق تمام بالسطح الخرساني و بالتالي لا يسمح بالحركه الافقيه للماء بين العزل و الخرسانة.
- يمكن تطبيقه علي الخرسانة طرية قبل تمام الجفاف ( بعد 48 ساعه ).
- لا يحتاج لتجهيز السطح قبل الأستخدام حيث تعمل المونة الأسمنتية اللاصقه كمادة ترميم و لصق
للخرسانه.
