Sika Cares initiative - Back-to-School
At Sika, we believe our role extends beyond providing world-class construction solutions — it’s also about building stronger communities. This belief came to life through our Sika Cares initiative, where we partnered with Misr El Kheir Foundation to support their annual Back-to-School program.
The start of a new school year is more than just a date on the calendar; it’s a fresh chapter filled with possibility. For students, having the right tools can set the tone for confidence, focus, and achievement. Our collaboration with Misr El Kheir Foundation was designed to empower students with the essentials they need to start the academic year prepared.
What made this initiative truly special was the energy and collaboration it sparked. Volunteers from both Sika Egypt and Misr El Kheir came together to pack school bags with supplies — a simple action that carried a powerful message: when organizations work hand in hand, they can amplify impact. The room was filled with enthusiasm, laughter, and a shared sense of purpose as colleagues stepped outside their usual roles to contribute to something bigger.
في سيكا، نؤمن أن دورنا يتجاوز تقديم حلول إنشائية عالمية المستوى — فهو أيضًا يتعلق ببناء مجتمعات أقوى. وقد تجسّد هذا الإيمان من خلال مبادرة Sika Cares، حيث عقدنا شراكة مع مؤسسة مصر الخير لدعم برنامجها السنوي "العودة إلى المدرسة".
بداية عام دراسي جديد ليست مجرد تاريخ على التقويم؛ بل هي فصل جديد مليء بالفرص. بالنسبة للطلاب، فإن امتلاك الأدوات الصحيحة يمكن أن يحدد ملامح الثقة والتركيز والإنجاز. وقد صُممت شراكتنا مع مؤسسة مصر الخير لتمكين الطلاب من الحصول على المستلزمات الأساسية التي يحتاجونها لبدء العام الدراسي بكامل الاستعداد.
ما جعل هذه المبادرة مميزة حقًا هو الطاقة وروح التعاون التي ولّدتها. فقد اجتمع متطوعون من سيكا مصر و مؤسسة مصر الخير لملء الحقائب المدرسية بالأدوات اللازمة — عمل بسيط لكنه حمل رسالة قوية: عندما تعمل المؤسسات جنبًا إلى جنب، يمكنها مضاعفة الأثر. كان المكان مليئًا بالحماس والضحك وروح الغاية المشتركة، حيث خرج الزملاء من أدوارهم المعتادة ليساهموا في شيء أكبر.
