Store in undamaged, unopened, original sealed packaging in dry conditions, on pallets clear of the ground and protected from rainfall. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from excessive heat, moisture, and temperature extremes. In tropical climates, the product must be stored in an air-conditioned environment at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.

Beware of condensation!
The substrate and uncured floor must be at least 3°C above dew point to reduce the risk of condensation or blooming on the floor finish.
Note: Low temperatures and high humidity conditions increase the probability of blooming.

These figures are theoretical and do not allow for any additional material due to surface porosity, surface profile, variations in level or wastage etc.

Prior to mixing, stir Part A (base) thoroughly for approximately 30 seconds. Add Part B (hardner) to Part A and mix continuously for about 1 minute until the blend is streak-free and uniform. Then gradually add Part C (PTC powder) and continue mixing for an additional 2 minutes until a smooth, homogeneous consistency is achieved. Use a slow-speed electric drill (300–400 rpm) fitted with a suitable mixing paddle to minimize air entrapment. During mixing, ensure that material from the sides and bottom of the container is fully incorporated by occasionally scraping with a flat spatula or trowel. To ensure complete and uniform mixing, transfer the material into a clean container and remix briefly. Avoid overmixing to prevent air entrapment.

Apply the mixed Sikafloor® P 651 to the substrate using a medium-pile roller at a rate suitable for the absorption of the surface. Ensure the primer forms a glossy, uniform film; any dry or matt areas must be re-primed.

Clean all tools and equipment with a suitable solvent immediately after use. Hardened or cured material can only be removed mechanically.
